Yumemiya International Inc. sells wholesale to qualified stores worldwide. Wholesale customers can log in to see wholesale pricing and use our online ordering system to place orders whenever it is convenient for them. All use of this website is subject to the terms and conditions as outlined below.

Terms & Conditions:

We only sell to retailers. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to refuse service to any customer or limit the order quantity in order to protect the authenticity of Yumemiya’s products.

Ordering Options. We can process your order in several ways. You can place your order online by using the check out page. Or you can fax your order to (347) 436 8441 using your own order form.

Minimums. Our first minimum order requirement is $200, subsequent orders are $100.

Forms of Payment. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and company checks. Please note that for checks, your order will be processed only at time of clearing from our bank account which may take up to 3 to 5 days.

Sales Tax. NY Sales tax of 8.875% will be included unless you provide us with a copy of your seller’s permit (Resale ID), please fax it to (347) 436-8441.

Shipping Charges. We cannot give you a preset shipping rates because we calculate the exact shipping charge based on weight, size and destination at the time of packaging. There are no handling fees. Your shipping charge will be added to your final invoice. The confirmation screen and the confirmation email you receive WILL NOT HAVE SHIPPING CHARGES added so please note that your actual invoice will be higher.

Shipping Time and Backorder. We usually ship within 10 working days after we receive your order. As for items which are out of stock, we will backorder and ship it to you once they come in. The backorder process usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks. You will be notified shortly after you place the order what items will be backordered.

All orders are shipped by UPS ground or USPS, which take from 2 to 7 days depending on destination. If another shipping method is required, please specify it on your order.

Quality. We guarantee the quality of our products. We will gladly exchange a defective item for another, non-damaged item or for another item of equal value. We do not give refunds. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by e-mail or phone (347) 436-8440.

Damage in Shipping. If your item is damaged in shipping, we will assist you in making a claim. You must notify us within 5 days and save the packaging for inspection by the carrier. Please notify us by e-mail or phone (347) 436-8440.

Login. If you are a current customer of Yumemiya International Inc., please e-mail us at info@yumemiya.com and we will gladly forward your Login and Password so you can access the pricing and ordering functions of our website.

New Customer. To become our customer, request pricing information and receive a login, please e-mail or fax ((347) 436-8440) the following company information:

• Store name
• Billing and shipping address
• Phone and fax numbers
• e-mail address
• Contact person’s name & email address
• 3 credit references

Privacy. The information you submit during the order process will be used by Yumemiya International Inc. to process and ship your order and to keep you informed about new products, upcoming shows and other Yumemiya news. Your information will not be sold to or shared with any other company. If you have any concerns regarding privacy, please contact Yumemiya International Inc.

Cookies allow you to move within our Website without reintroducing yourself.
